Group AGM Monday 1st June

Dear Parents,

On Monday 1^st June we will be having our Annual general meeting.

Everyone is invited, Parents, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

A fantastic opportunity to meet the leaders from all sections, especially if your young person is moving up a section.

As well as the usual AGM stuff (that we have to do) we will be presenting badges for the activities and challenges the young people have been working on. There may be some entertainment too!

After the meeting there will be Tea and biscuits and the opportunity to talk to the leaders, we would really like you to attend and become more involved in the Group.

All leaders in Scouting are volunteers, we would love to talk to you and hear your ideas suggestions for the group.

Your attendance is requested as this is OUR group and we are all part of it.
