This years St Georges day is on the 24th April, we will be meeting in the Queens Gardens @ 2:30pm.

Full uniform no jeans and a tidy nekker.

 Sunday APRIL 27th 2014
CALLING ALL BASFORD Beavers,CUBS and Scouts.
 THE GROUP NEEDS YOU!!!!
 Once again St George’s Day approaches. This is one of the main events of the year where all the sections (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts & Explorers Scouts) all come together with all the uniformed leaders.
 The Service will be held at St Giles’ Church, beginning at 3 pm
 ASSEMBLY: As the parade starts from the Queen’s Gardens at 2.45 pm, please be here (Queen’s Gardens by Weatherspoons) for 2.30pm.

Just would like to say what a fantastic turnout for this years Remembrance day. We are only a small group and I was really proud to be there with our fantastic young people.
I had several comments on how smart you all were and your excellent behavior. You all did Basford Scouts proud. And BIG thanks go to Joe’s Mum and Dad for drinks in cafe Java!

Monday was our AGM as well as the standard AGM information it was an opportunity to meet all of the leaders from all sections and see what activities we have been up to over the last 12 months.
